A native of Philadelphia, PA., MC Andrews enlisted into the United States Navy on June 23, 1980. After completing basic training he reported to Airman Apprenticeship training in Great Lakes, IL. His first operational tour was with Helicopter Anti- Submarine Squadron ONE ZERO North Island, CA. Master Chief Andrews served aboard the USS KITTY HAWK (CV-63), USS RANGER (CV-61), USS ENTERPRISE (CVN-65) where he advanced to two grades to Petty Officer Second Class. Master Chief Andrews served reported to Patrol Squadron THIRTY after completion, transferred to Helicopter Combat Support SIX, Norfolk, VA. During this tour he deployed onboard the USS BUTTE (AE-27) And USS KALAMAZOO (AOR-6) in support of DESERT SHIELD/ STORM also deploying on the USNS SIRIUS (AFS-8). Master Chief Andrews served onboard the staff of Commander Carrier Air Wing One deploying of the USS AMERICA (CV-66) and USS GEORGE WASHINGTON (CVN-73). He reported to Navy Recruiting Orientation Unit, Pensacola, FL where he advanced to Senior Chief Petty Officer. In 2000, he transferred to the Senior Enlisted Academy followed by orders to the USS JOHN F. KENNEDY (CV-67) as AIMD Production Control LCPO where he advanced to Master Chief Petty Officer. He was then selected the Command Master Chief Program and reported to Sea Control Squadron THIRTY TWO.  Master Chief Andrews served in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM and Operation IRAQI FREEDOM. In 2009 Master Chief Andrews reported to Patrol Squadron SIXTEEN as the Command Master Chief. Master Chief Andrews retired on 9 June of 2011. 


Adrian graduated in 2010 from Excelsior College with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology. He currently serves as a chairman and former Mayor for the Town of Penney Farms and also serves as the J.C. Penney Scenic Highway Chairman. A former employee as Senior Project Manager for Challenge Enterprise, employing and working with people with disabilities’ from October 2011 -April 2016 in Orange Park, Florida.  Currently the Pastor of New Hope Baptist Church located in Penney Farms Florida and studied at Trinity Baptist College located in Jacksonville Florida where he pursued his Masters Degree in Biblical Studies.
